✅ Custom-Made Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. This policy aligns with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempt custom-made goods from the standard 14-day return right.
Important Notes:
Please verify all details, including dimensions and specifications, before placing your order, as modifications cannot be made once production has commenced.
Ensure that the item will fit through all intended entry points in your property.
🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage of the product and pictures of the parcel on arrival and retain packaging to facilitate the process.
Change of Mind
As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order.
